1- Where is your shop located?
Our office is located in No. 38, Al Jaziri Bldg. Yosef Bagher Road, Deira Dubai
2- Can I pickup my order from your store?
Yes you can choose to pickup the order from our store BUT you have to submit the order first from the website (It's free of charges), after
we prepare your order (within 2-3 hours) we will contact you so you can come to collect your order.
3- How can I claim the Warranty?
Please contact us on: email@example.com and we will take care of the product. Please note that the Warranty is only valid inside UAE.
For some of the items we don’t offer warranty which we clearly mention in product details.
4- How can I claim the 7-days FREE Return Policy?
Please contact us on: firstname.lastname@example.org and we will request from shipping company to collect the order from you.
We will refund the total amount of the order to your bank account once we receive it (It will take 2-3 working days). Shipping fees will be deducted.
5- Do you offer Cash on Delivery services outside United Arab Emirates?
No, Cash on Delivery service is only available in UAE.

Yes we have an office in Deira, Dubai where you can collect the item, however please inform us before coming so that we keep the item ready for you in the office.
8- Why have you mentioned Free Delivery in UAE but I am being charged?
Shipping inside UAE: We do offer Free delivery across UAE however, a nominal processing fee of AED29.00 will apply for delivery on orders below AED250.00
Shipping outside UAE:Standard shipping rates apply when shipping outside UAE which is calculated at the time of checkout.
9- Do you sell used or refurbished products?
No, we only deal with brand new genuine products.
