Return and Refund Policy
We at BHM Store strive to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. However, if for any reason you are not, we are here to assist you with returns and refunds. Please review the guidelines below to understand our policy.
Eligibility for Returns
You can request a return or refund if the following conditions are met:
• The return request is made within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase.
• The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
• The product is not damaged and is in resellable condition.
• The product is not an item explicitly marked as non-returnable (e.g., consumables like batteries or products with physical damage due to misuse).
Non-Returnable Products
We cannot accept returns or provide refunds for the following:
• Products without the original packaging or proof of purchase.
• Items that have been worn, damaged, or show signs of use.
• Consumables, accessories, or custom orders are not eligible for returns.
Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or a product that does not match the description, we will gladly offer an exchange or refund. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product with the following:
• A clear description of the defect or issue.
• Photos of the product and packaging.
Our team will assess the situation and, if eligible, arrange for the return, replacement, or refund.
Return Process
1. Initiate a Return
Contact us at sales@bhmstore.com with your order details, reason for return, and proof of purchase.
2. Return Approval
Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive further instructions on how to return the product.
Customers are responsible for bringing the product back to our store in Al Qouz, Dubai.
3. Product Inspection
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. If the item passes inspection, we will process your refund or replacement.
Refunds
Once the return is accepted:
• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the return is approved.
• In cases of Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be provided via bank transfer or store credit.
Please note that shipping charges for returning the item are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective or incorrectly delivered.
Exchange Policy
• We offer exchanges for defective products or if you receive a wrong item.
• Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, customs fees, import duties, taxes, and other charges may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
