• Prices for products are subject to change without notice. All prices listed are inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without notice.

• Although we try to ensure that all product descriptions and prices are accurate, typographical errors may occur. If we discover an error in the pricing or description of any item you’ve ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm or cancel your order.

4. Orders and Payments

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

• Payments can be made through various methods, including credit cards, bank transfers, or Cash on Delivery (COD) for specific orders. All payments are processed securely, and no card details are stored on our servers.

• If you opt for Cash on Delivery (COD), you are required to pay the delivery agent the full amount upon receiving the item. Failure to pay may result in refusal of delivery and potential suspension of your account.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• We deliver across the UAE and GCC countries. Shipping costs for international orders will be calculated at checkout based on the weight of the items.

• Delivery times are estimated at 1-2 business days within the UAE and 3-5 business days internationally, subject to stock availability.

• Delays may occur during public holidays, weekends, or due to unforeseen circumstances, for which we are not liable.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

• For international orders, any customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer. We do not control these fees and cannot provide estimates.

• You are advised to check with your local customs office for any additional fees that may be applicable.

7. Return and Refund Policy

• Our return and refund policy is outlined in detail here. You can request a return within 7 days of purchase if the item meets the return conditions, such as being unused and in original packaging.

• Refunds are processed after inspection and will be issued through the original payment method, except for Cash on Delivery (COD), which will be refunded via bank transfer or store credit.

8. Warranty

• All products come with a manufacturer’s warranty unless otherwise mentioned in the product description. The warranty does not cover physical damage, misuse, or wear and tear.
