At BHM Store, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy to understand the delivery options, shipping fees, and delivery times.
1. Shipping Locations
• We ship orders across the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and to GCC countries.
• International shipping options are available for certain items. Please check specific product availability for international orders.
2. Shipping Costs
• Free Shipping on all orders over AED 250 within the UAE.
• Orders below AED 250 will incur a delivery charge, calculated at checkout based on your location.
• For GCC countries and other international locations, shipping charges will be based on the weight and size of the order and will be shown at checkout.
3. Delivery Times
• United Arab Emirates: Orders will be delivered within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
• International (GCC and beyond): Deliveries take approximately 3-5 working days, depending on the shipping service and location.
Please note that delivery times are subject to stock availability and order verification.
4. Order Processing
• Orders placed on business days will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 12 PM or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.
• Upon successful order placement and confirmation, you will receive an email with your order details and tracking information.
5. Shipping Carriers
• We partner with reliable courier services including DHL, Aramex, and other local carriers to ensure your order reaches you safely and promptly.
6. International Shipping – Customs, Duties, and Taxes
• Customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply to international shipments based on your country’s regulations. These additional charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping price.
• Please contact your local customs office for more information on potential fees.
7. Tracking Your Order
• Once your order is dispatched, we will send a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor the delivery status through our carrier’s website.
8. Failed Delivery Attempts
• If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to incorrect address details or the recipient’s absence, the courier may attempt redelivery, but this may cause delays. Additional charges may apply for re-shipment or storage fees.
9. Damaged or Lost Packages
• If your package is damaged during shipping, or if it is lost, please contact us immediately at sales@bhmstore.com or +971 55 3522592. We will coordinate with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
10. Order Cancellations and Changes
• If you need to cancel or modify your order, please do so within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been processed and dispatched, cancellations or changes cannot be made.
11. Special Delivery Instructions
• If you have any special delivery instructions (e.g., leave with a neighbor, preferred delivery times, etc.), please include these details in the “Order Notes” section during checkout.
