This wrinkle-free styrene backdrop allows diffused light over a large area for a smooth, impressionistic lighting effect, while also cutting down on unwanted reflections to achieve a nearly shadowless look. This heavyweight seamless backdrop reduces light transmission by 64%, approximately a 2-stop loss.
Measuring 4.5 x 18', this versatile surface can be used as a light table, for prop setup, or as a background. Objects on the other side of the backdrop appear as softly diffused shapes. Easily cut with scissors, Translum backdrops are also ideal for making silhouettes. This durable material can be cleaned with a mild soap to restore its original whiteness. It comes on a 2.1" core that is compatible with most crossbar support systems.
